Services covered by our single, inclusive fee

  • Qualified and trained staff are in the home 24/7 to ensure the safety and security of our residents, delivering care specific to individual needs through our robust pre-assessment and person-centred care planning.

  • All resident medication will be managed, ordered, stored and distributed by our trained team using the most up-to-date Boots eMeds medication management system.

  • You can stay registered with your own GP or you can switch to our friendly local GP. The GP will manage all your health needs with the Home team, including all referrals that may be required.

  • Our carefully selected professional Chiropodist will attend the home on a regular basis and any residents requiring the services will be included to have an appointment.

  • Our housekeeping team will attend to your room and ensure it is cleaned on a daily basis. We will also change your bed linen and deep clean your room regularly.

  • All your personal items will be labelled by the housekeeping team and laundered on a regular basis. The team will also provide you with fresh towels and bedding, which will also be laundered in the home.

  • All residents enjoy complimentary wifi – and have a Smart TV in their room.

  • We provide a selection of communal newspapers as well as tablets where we can assist with accessing different publications.

  • We will provide all food and beverages required for a balanced and healthy diet. You can expect 3 delicious meals a day (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner), mid-morning snacks, afternoon tea and other refreshments (including alcohol) are available. We will also accommodate meals, drinks and snacks at no extra cost for your visitors who may wish to join you for a spot of lunch or just a nice cup of tea and a slice of cake.

  • A regular appointment with our hairdresser can be made for you and is included in your fee. In addition to this, our team will provide regular nail care. Again, you have no need to worry about the costs because these are included.

  • All residents’ rooms are fully furnished with private en-suite facilities and include a large smart TV and mini-fridge.

  • A robust activity plan designed and planned with our residents’ input, incorporating their needs and choices. Our Lifestyle Manager and team will be the leaders and point of contact for any suggestions to support the engagement.

  • As part of the Lifestyle team activity programme, they will provide opportunities to leave the home for an external outing and these are all included in the weekly fee. This could be anything from a trip to a local stately home, laps of Silverstone, to a day at the seaside.

  • Invite friends and family to help you celebrate those special occasions.

  • Little things that will help you to celebrate and entertain friends and family such as birthday cakes, balloons, etc.
